Candidate should: 
- Be able to think visually
- Design Content Education Strategies 
- Design worksheets 
- Deliver trainings, both virtually and physically
- Take ownership for the old trainings and suggest new ones
- Have experience ideally in client facing roles 
- Background working in agile start-up like businesses
- Be a continuous learner
- Have fluent English and speak at least one other language
- Adaptive thinker
- Good listener

- Background with adult education (preferred)
